Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER), Ghana

Focus: Real-Time Data Quality Assurance & Research Efficiency

Status: Completed

Under the Retail Finance Distribution Research Initiative (ReFinD), Fiwcher Analytica partnered with ISSER to optimize their field research process. We developed precision-engineered survey and data collection instruments and, critically, deployed real-time monitoring dashboards. This allowed the ISSER team to instantly view key data metrics and immediately flag and resolve collection errors before they became systemic issues. The result was a dramatic reduction in data cleaning time post-collection, ensuring higher data integrity and significantly accelerating the timeline for critical research deliverables.

FinData Bureau, Ghana

Focus: National Impact Assessment & End-to-End Research Analytics

Status: Ongoing

Fiwcher Analytica is the core technical partner for FinData Bureau on a crucial national study examining the Impact of E-commerce Platforms on Market Access, Income, and User Experience for Smallholder Grain Farmers in Northern Ghana. Our responsibilities encompass the entire research lifecycle: developing the high-fidelity survey instrument, providing live, web-based monitoring dashboards for daily enumerator performance and data quality, and executing the full statistical analysis of the collected dataset. This project, supported by MESTI and IDRC under the SGCI, ensures the delivery of accurate, timely data to inform significant national development strategies.

WamiAgro Limited

Focus: Agricultural Market Intelligence & Risk Mitigation

Status: Completed

WamiAgro partnered with Fiwcher Analytica to deploy bespoke analytical solutions that directly impacted their bottom line. We developed a live, centralized dashboard that visualized weekly price fluctuations for various commodities collected from numerous agents across the country. By instantly highlighting significant price shifts and market trends, this tool empowered WamiAgro to be proactive rather than reactive in their trading decisions, leading to significant reductions in trading losses and optimization of procurement activities.

IAPRI, Zambia & AgroMech Frontiers Ltd., Ghana

Focus: Custom AI/ML Engineering for Environmental Protection Status: Ongoing

Fiwcher Analytica is acting as the dedicated technology partner for IAPRI (Zambia) and AgroMech Frontiers (Ghana) on an innovative project funded under the SGCI/NRF. The objective is to develop and deploy a non-lethal bird scaring device to protect rice farms and game reserves. Our role involves the entire AI pipeline: ground-truth data collection, selection and bespoke training of advanced bird AI classification models, and configuring the final model into the physical scaring device. This project showcases our capability in deploying specialized, custom computer vision solutions for impactful real-world environmental and agricultural challenges.

Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology, Ghana

Focus: Public Sector Data Maturity & Capacity Building

Fiwcher Analytica engaged with the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology (MESTI) to fundamentally enhance the Ministry's internal data management capabilities. We delivered a series of comprehensive, bespoke training programs covering the full data lifecycle—from initial data collection and cleaning to advanced analysis, visualization, and strategic dissemination. This initiative established a robust internal framework, ensuring MESTI staff possess the technical expertise required to derive reliable insights, enabling evidence-based policy formulation and accelerating the Ministry's data maturity.
